I am thrilled to be a member of Ware Jones REALTORS® and became a Lifetime Member of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2014.
As a Memphis resident since 1978, I have experience, expertise, exposure, and relationships throughout the entire city and county. I am a St. Mary’s Episcopal High School graduate, obtained a B.B.A in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University and am currently pursuing a Master's in Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
My initial career was in fixed-income securities at Merrill Lynch in New York City. I moved back to Memphis in 2001 to work for First Tennessee/ FTN Financial, where I traded and sold mortgage-backed securities. From 2005-2008, I worked directly with loan originators and servicing companies to help them enhance their mortgage origination, underwriting, and property appraisal processes. In 2009, I started my residential real estate career to families and individuals in acquiring and selling their homes. I also work with investors looking for short-term projects to long-term investment returns.
My experience has prepared me to fully assist my clients with the most important financial decision of their life: Buying and selling their primary “investment” - their home.
It is an honor and privilege to work with long-time residents of Memphis, as well as those relocating to this unique and soulful city. I commit to providing each client extensive property exposure, transparent negotiations, and a genuinely positive transaction.
